Product Description 

bioGenousTM Human Cervical (Squamous Epithelium) Organoid Kit is a serum-free culture medium specifically developed for the generation of human cervical organoids derived from squamous epithelial cells. These organoids recapitulate the architecture and cellular composition of the ectocervical squamous epithelium and exhibit characteristic features of stratified squamous epithelium, including self-renewal capacity and multilayered structure. Cervical squamous epithelial organoids generated using this kit may express typical basal and squamous cell markers, such as TP63, KRT5, and KRT14, supporting their relevance for studying cervical epithelial biology, disease modeling, and personalized medicine applications. This kit is optimized for the establishment and long-term culture of organoids originating from the ectocervical region, and is not suitable for generating organoids from endocervical columnar epithelial cells. For columnar epithelium-derived cervical models, we recommend using the bioGenous? Human Endometrium (Squamous Epithelium) Organoid Kit, which is better suited for the culture of glandular epithelial lineages.
