Product Description

bioGenousTM Human Airway Organoid Kit is a serum-free culture medium for human airway organoids (hAOs) derived from human airway stem cells. Human Airway organoids contain basal cells (KRT5+), airway epithelial cells (KRT8+), and ciliated cells (FOXJ1+), thus the organoids display hallmarks of the airway epithelium in terms of architecture, cell type composition and self-renewal dynamics. The versatility of hAOs enables their application in therefore hold great promise for the studies of airway homostasis and disease.
